Our intrepid Scout Leader, Mick Jones, will be doing his Ray Mears impersonation 23-24 September 2017 when he’ll be running a Scout Survival Camp in the woods at Foxcombe Farm at Lewdown. Scouts will meet at the farmyard bright and early Saturday morning before hiking literally hundreds of metres into the remote(ish) badlands above the farm where we’ll be wild camping, cooking over open fires, fashioning shelters from nothing but twigs and moss, and gathering the material we need to pitch Mick Jones (Slightly) Extreme Survival to the BBC.
